Almost exactly a year ago, we crossed the 10,000 customer mark. And then, we acquired All Property Management, to better help our customers grow their businesses. And then, right after our 11th anniversary, we sat back and thought, “What can we do next?”

To be honest, the list was long. And our team, which grew by nearly 70% in 2015, spent the better part of the year crossing a number of items off the list (Company Financials, Renters Insurance Plus, Texting, Custom Payment Allocation, for example).

Meanwhile, we also jumped head first into a redesign of our website, which we’re excited to launch at the end of the month. We’ve created an entirely new look and feel for Buildium.com, but here are three big things you won’t want to miss.

  • If you’re a frequent visitor to the blog, you may notice that it looks brand new. It’s easier to navigate, with more topics and news, with just as much (if not more) expert advice. Don’t worry, all of the most popular blog posts will still be there (Hoarders and Excel tips, anyone?).
  • And, if you subscribe to our blog email, you’ll notice we’re taking a short hiatus from our weekly updates. But, when it does land in your inbox again, it will be completely new.
  • If you’re a fan of our ebooks and guides, you’ll love our new resource center, where you can download any of our content from the archive. Plus, there’s a whole bunch of new stuff: webinars, videos, infographics, case studies, and more.

Why? Because we’re committed to helping real estate professionals grow their business. And that includes providing the right resources and expert advice in just a few clicks. We’re really excited for these changes and we think you’ll love them, too.

Stay tuned!
