With apologies to Ron Popeil, when it comes to rental owner statement periods, now you can set it and forget it!
Go to Admin > Settings > Statements and tell Buildiumwhich day of the month your Rental Owner Statement period ends. But, wait, there’s more! Each time you run a Rental Owner Statement, Buildium will automatically default the start and end dates.
