It’s probably happened to you. You have a payment from a resident and the resident’s name is on the check, but to record the payment in Buildium, you needed the resident’s unit information or account number.
Not any more. With our recent enhancements to theReceive Payment page, now you can just enter whatever information you have – the resident’s name, property, unit, partial account number…whatever – and we’ll filter the resident list for you.
