Session Three: Accounting
Accounting can be tricky but session three will get you started on the right foot. You’ll learn how to enter beginning balances for your bank accounts, properties, and residents. You’ll also learn how to record income and expenses for the properties you manage along with other steps in the property management accounting cycle.
