We’ve been listening and we heard your request loud and clear. We’re now proud to announce a partnership between Buildium and Zillow, allowing our users to post and update their listings seamlessly.
Syndication to Zillow will be enabled for all new listings by default, so any new rental you list will automatically show up on the Zillow rentals site. Any new photos or changes in the description made within Buildium will also automatically update on Zillow. In addition, we’ve included a link from your Zillow listing back to your Buildium site where interested parties can fill out a rental application.
