Chad is the founding manager of Buildium's Customer Success (CSC) Team and with over 5 years experience in customer account management, he has grown Buildium's CSC team since he began in January 2015. Originally from Miami, Chadgrew up in a family that specialized in real estate development, investment, and property management. Chad is a graduate of and current instructor at Boston's Startup Institute and has since worked at several startups in various industries including education technology, environmental consulting, and most recently, property management.
