Seattle Party for Property Managers
Networking event for TRENDS Conference attendees and local property managers!
Buildium is returning to Seattle for the TRENDS Conference and we’re hosting a party for TRENDS attendees and for local property managers, at the fabulous Blueacre Seafood Restaurant.
Even if you’re not attending TRENDS, but you’re a property manager, we’d love for you to join us, and meet the Buildium and All Property Management staff!

For those who will be driving: There is free parking in the building’s garage, with validation from the restaurant, after 5:00pm. The Impark Parking Garage entrance is located at 735 Stewart Street.
For those attending TRENDS: Blueacre is a quick four minute walk from the convention center, about two blocks away, walking straight up 7th Avenue.
Other Details:
- Admission includes appetizers, 2 complimentary drinks, and entry for our door prize giveaways.
- All guests are strongly encouraged to RSVP ahead of time; there is a 70-person cap on this free event.
- Do you have friends or colleagues you think should be on our guest list? Send them an invite! But, everyone must RSVP individually, using a unique email address.
- Children and anyone under the age of 21 are not allowed to attend this event.
