Buildium Roadshow: Benchmarking Your Business
Benchmark your business against best practices and learn how you can use Buildium technology to scale and grow. Join us for this hands-on workshop from one of Miami’s “highest” restaurants at the top floor of the Miami Culinary Institute!
We will help you assess your business and growth strategy, connect with local property managers, and explore the latest property management innovations. Enjoy lunch on us and take away some great ideas, all while taking in the incredible views overlooking Biscayne Bay and the Freedom Tower!

11:30am–12:00pm | Welcome Reception
While everyone arrives and checks-in, guests can enjoy drinks and appetizers while networking with other property managers from the area.
12:00–12:45pm | Hands-on Workshop
During this portion of the workshop, we will help you assess and benchmark your own company against your goals and industry best-practices. We will also share ideas and solutions as a group through interactive discussion.
12:45–1:15pm | Networking Lunch
Enjoy a full sit-down, multi-course lunch with your peers and Buildium staff. There will be plenty of time to network and talk to Buildium product specialists to learn more about property management software.
1:15–2:00pm | Product Demo and Q&A
Our product specialist, Jason Lyon, will go through a high-level demo of Buildium’s award-winning property management software. We will introduce Buildium’s accounting portal, maintenance workflows, time management and communications tools, and more. There will be time for questions from the audience.
2:00pm–2:30pm | Dessert, Networking & Breakout Stations
While guests enjoy coffee and dessert there will be more time for making connections with your peers. We’ll also offer breakout stations where you can get 1-on-1 training and have your questions answered by one of our Buildium staff members.
