What you’ll experience:

Join us for an elevated 3-course dinner at the highly-rated JWB Prime Steak and Seafood Restaurant at the Margaritaville Resort in Hollywood, FL.
Our exclusive dining experience will bring together like-minded leaders ready to network and deepen their connections within the community management industry.
Meet two of our Buildium Team Leaders, both with extensive experience helping community managers better their businesses and build their tech stacks to support the future of their teams.
Discussion will be mostly open and unguided. However, we will begin with intros and conversation starters on topics, including:
- Common challenges and trends across the industry
- Ideas for how to solve the most common challenges
- New opportunities to expand your services and use of technology to differentiate your business from the competition

Agenda:

6:30 PM – 6:40 PM | Check in at the host stand, find your seat, and start off with a refreshing beverage!

6:40 PM – 7:00 PM | Introductions around the table, dinner orders, and first course.

7:00 PM – 9:00 PM | Networking, Discussion & Dinner

**Other than some guided group discussion questions to get conversation going, there will not be a sales presentation or any slides used during this event. Meet the hosts

As a Senior Consultant at Buildium for 5+ years (in July), Pierce has primarily consulted clients with portfolios of 500-15,000 doors on how they can leverage technology to increase efficiency, lower costs, and generate growth. Outside of work, you can find Pierce coaching youth lacrosse, running marathons, adventuring in the mountains, or at Northeastern University working toward his MBA (‘24).

As a sales leader at Buildium, Dan works hand in hand with our team of sales consultants to consult with Property Management Companies as well as Self-Managed Associations on how they can leverage Buildium to streamline operations, drive efficiencies, lower costs, and accelerate growth. Dan is a proud husband and father of two little ones. Outside of work he enjoys spending his time outdoors with his kids, enjoying a round of golf, skiing in the winter, and traveling as much as possible (Greece was the latest adventure!)
