How it works
- You have invited to the Resident Center portal
- Are enabled for ePay, but aren’t using it or haven’t within the past 90 days
- Any resident who qualifies will receive an email to the address linked to their Resident Center account.
- The email will contain a link to redeem their gift card. No action needed from you!

Terms & Conditions: *Available to the first 5,000 qualifying residents who make a successful, recurring, minimum payment of at least $100 via Autopay between April 27, 2025, and May 5, 2025. The autopayment must be set to recur daily, every two weeks, or monthly. One-time scheduled payments do not qualify. Eligible US-based residents will receive either a: (i) $20.00 Visa gift card for payments made via credit or debit card; or (ii) $10.00 Visa gift card for payments made via ACH, while supplies last. Only one reward per resident. Buildium terms and conditions apply. To qualify for the AutoPay incentive program a resident must: (i) have been invited to the Resident Center by their property manager; (ii) be enabled for ePay by their property manager; and (iii) have not made a payment via ePay in the past ninety (90) days. Gift cards will be delivered electronically to the email address on file in Resident Center no later than June 7, 2025. Use of the gift card constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions available to eligible residents upon activation.
