In response to your feedback, we’re making a change to the way our rent roll report calculates income.
Previously, the rent roll combined current and future recurring charges when providing rent totals. The updated rent roll report will no longer include future charges and will provide a breakdown of recurring charges.
You’ll now be able to see the exact amount of recurring rent and non-rent expected as of the current date, without any future dated charges changing the totals.
