Buildium takes care of a lot of things behind the scenes, like sending e-mails to residents letting them know that they’re late with a rent payment or informing them that you received their maintenance request. That’s helpful, but it’s often difficult to keep track of exactly when Buildium sends out emails and what those emails look like.
With our new Automated Emails page, you can now see a list of emails that Buildium sends on your behalf, preview each one, and customize the content of many of them. You can also turn off some of the emails, if you prefer that Buildium not send them.
Go to Admin > Settings > Automated Emails to check it out.
