Here’s what’s new in Buildium:
1) The rental owner ending balances report now will now group rental owners together when they share ownership of a single property. This change eliminates duplicate properties and their money on the report. Grouped owners will appear separated by a comma.
2) A new bank reconciliation module
3) Assorted bug fixes and back end improvements.
