1) Added an Applicants page to replace our Rental applications page. The new Applicants page offers a checklist feature, the ability to add attachments to your applicants, and more. Click below to watch a 2-minute video walk-through of these new rental application features:
2) Added the ability to create, email, and mail a rental owner statement from the Rental Owner Financials page.
3) Made it simpler to re-activate your Buildium account if there was trouble processing your subscription.
4) Our epay processor, ACH Direct, is now called Forte Payment Systems.
5) Assorted and sundry bug fixes.
