PM Nation is a first-of-its-kind experience. At the event, 500 passionate and motivated property managers, like yourself, will discuss how to elevate property management with technology that solves real problems—the concerns and challenges that keep you up at night—and then learn how to apply that technology on the spot.
Through hands-on, on-site training, real connection with hundreds of your peers, and experts at the ready to answer all your questions, you’ll come away from the event with a clear roadmap to succeed in 2023 and beyond. PM Nation is first and foremost our shared community, and the conference’s structure reflects that.

This year, Alicia Rainwater, an expert speaker for the Center for Generational Kinetics will discuss tactics to solve generational challenges with employees and customers, and the right approach to engaging and tapping into the potential of different generations. Our executives leading the Buildium and Propertyware teams will also share an insider view into our latest industry research and opportunities to look forward to in 2023.
Our Product Team leaders will reveal the new and exciting features on the Buildium and Propertyware product roadmaps. But PM Nation is ultimately about giving property managers the knowledge and access they need to advance their business and career.
