The best events aren’t just a chance to network and learn new skills. They’re a launchpad for change—for your business and the entire industry. That’s what PM Nation is all about.

On March 19–22, in San Diego, we’re bringing together the property management community to learn together, network, problem solve and find new ways to elevate the industry together.

What Is PM Nation?

PM Nation is a first-of-its-kind experience. At the event, 500 passionate and motivated property managers, like yourself, will discuss how to elevate property management with technology that solves real problems—the concerns and challenges that keep you up at night—and then learn how to apply that technology on the spot.

Through hands-on, on-site training, real connection with hundreds of your peers, and experts at the ready to answer all your questions, you’ll come away from the event with a clear roadmap to succeed in 2023 and beyond. PM Nation is first and foremost our shared community, and the conference’s structure reflects that.

What You’ll Experience

The highlights? To start, here’s a taste of what went down at the last PM Nation in 2021:

This year, Alicia Rainwater, an expert speaker for the Center for Generational Kinetics will discuss tactics to solve generational challenges with employees and customers, and the right approach to engaging and tapping into the potential of different generations. Our executives leading the Buildium and Propertyware teams will also share an insider view into our latest industry research and opportunities to look forward to in 2023.

Our Product Team leaders will reveal the new and exciting features on the Buildium and Propertyware product roadmaps. But PM Nation is ultimately about giving property managers the knowledge and access they need to advance their business and career.

Call us nerds, but we believe property management becomes easier, goals more attainable, and processes more scalable with technology. At the event we’re providing spaces for hands-on learning and the opportunity to immediately apply the tools and tips you’ll explore.

You’ll be able to pick up and practice new skills on site with 1:1 training lessons and interactive stations to see Buildium and Propertyware technology in action, along with a selection of hand-picked tech vendors to consult with and shop from.

Session Overview

Every session will be interactive and you’ll have the chance to connect with both speakers and other attendees in dedicated spaces at the event. Sessions will span several tracks relevant to your business, including:

  • Better Books, Better Business
  • Profitability and Growth
  • Become a Communications Master
  • Resident Experience
  • Data + Insights = Power
  • High-impact, business focused Wild Card sessions

Explore the full agenda with details on each session.

All tracks will have platform-specific sessions with a hands-on workshop style to help you sharpen your skills on the “brass tacks.”

Because we’re focused on collaboration and personalized value for attendees, sessions will be capped at a small size and we’re limiting the event to 500 attendees.

We’re reaching capacity fast, and registration closes at 11:59pm EST on March 1. You’re already part of PM Nation. Now’s your chance to participate.
