The first website, https://property-management.buildium.com, is aimed at the professional property management community while the second, https://association-management.buildium.com, is targeted toward self-managed condominiums and HOAs.
Monteiro noted that “while all of our customers are involved in property management, we recognized early on that the needs of professional property managers are different from self-managed condos and HOAs. By offering different products, each with its own website, we’re better able to meet the specific needs of our broad customer base.”
