Part 1: Laying a foundation
In this session, we’ll introduce you to the different functions of Buildium. We’ll show you how to enter basic business, accounting, and user settings, and teach you about the hierarchy of different entities within Buildium.
Part 2: Building a framework
In this session, we’ll review how to set up your associations and units along with setting up your owners and ownership accounts. We’ll also talk about how to ensure accuracy and efficiency when it comes to managing financials for your residents and your associations. Plus, we’ll share some time-saving tips for our ePay feature.
Part 3: Cementing your future
In this session, we’ll show you how to set up your association owner and ownership account tracking properly so you can save time and ensure accuracy. We’ll also review some more advanced bank account setup—including how to set opening bank balances, enter bulk charges, and implement online payments and violation tracking.
