We’re making it easier for your residents to use your Resident Center!
Starting July 19th, residents will be able to easily set up their accounts, without waiting for you to send them a welcome email or needing to request a new invite if theirs expired.
Here’s how it works:
- Residents can go to Residentcenter.com, the mobile app, or your website to create their account.
- They simply enter their name, email, and address (that you have already added in Buildium).
- They’ll receive the confirmation email, and DONE!
And they’re that much closer to paying rent or fees, requesting maintenance help, or accessing their documents, all online.
