We’ll Send a One-Time Welcome Text
To help boost adoption, we’re sending a one-time welcome text (or welcome email if they have an email address) on April 28, 2025, to residents who haven’t been invited or created an account.
That way, everyone can pay rent online, submit maintenance requests, access important documents, and more. You can preview the text here.
Want to invite residents yourself?
No problem. Head here and click the ‘Not Invited’ tab in your Resident Center settings, select the residents you’d like to invite, and click ‘Send Welcome Email’.
