Did you know nearly half of residents prefer to communicate with their property managers via text?
To help drive Resident Center adoption, starting on August 28th, we’ll trigger an SMS text to residents who haven’t been invited or created an account.
Soon residents can enjoy the benefits of paying online, managing important documentation, making maintenance requests, and more.
Here are a few important things to note:

- The welcome text will be sent to all residents who have not been invited.
