11:30am–12:00pm | Welcome Reception
While everyone arrives and checks-in, guests can enjoy drinks and appetizers while networking with other property managers from the area.
12:00–12:45pm | Hands-on Workshop
During this portion of the workshop, we’ll help you assess and benchmark your own company against your goals and industry best-practices. We will also share ideas and solutions as a group through interactive discussion.
12:45–1:15pm | Networking Lunch
Enjoy a full sit-down, multi-course lunch with your peers and Buildium staff. There will be plenty of time to network and talk to Buildium product specialists to learn more about property management software.
1:15–2:00pm | Product Demo and Q&A
Our product specialist, Jason Lyon, will go through a high-level demo of Buildium’s award-winning property management software. We’ll introduce Buildium’s accounting portal, maintenance workflows, time management and communications tools, and more. There will be time for questions from the audience.
2:00pm–2:30pm | Dessert, Networking & Breakout Stations
While guests enjoy coffee and dessert there will be more time for making connections with your peers. We’ll also offer breakout stations where you can get 1-on-1 training and have your questions answered by one of our Buildium staff members.

Allison Nolan
Director of Product Marketing
As Director of Product Marketing at Buildium, Allison Nolan develops the strategy for product launches and oversees product lifecycles from inception to sales. She brings with her more than a decade of experience marketing technology-based products and services. Prior to joining Buildium, Allison spent two years at Acquia, where she was instrumental in developing the company’s SaaS business. She began her career at EMC, where she held various marketing roles. Allison holds a BS in Marketing from Providence College and an MBA from Bentley University.
