Parking Directions

Parking is the responsibility of the attendee. There are a few parking options available:

  • Michigan Plaza Parking Garage: 205/225 N. Michigan Ave (closest garage to the venue, same building)
    Parking is $15-$40 for the day, depending on when you arrive/leave. Please reference this flyer for exact pricing and directions.
  • Self Park Garage: 20 E. Randolph St. (6 minute walk from venue)
    Parking will be discounted to $18 for the day. Voucher stickers will be provided at the Workshop to redeem the $18 price.
  • Self Park Garage: 60 E. Lake St. (2 minute walk from venue)
    Parking will be $51 for the day. No vouchers available.

We highly suggest taking public transportation or Ubers/Lyfts to the venue, if you can! If you would prefer not to drive to the event, we are offering a $10 Uber code. A code will be provided in a reminder email to all registrants the day before the workshop.

About the Event

  • This invite-only event is for current Buildium customers, but a limited number of seats have been reserved for additional local property managers regardless of what software they use.
  • Attendees can expect an interactive intimate workshop with original presentations covering myriad of topics relevant to property management.
  • For those who are looking for hands-on education and a glimpse at the Buildium customer experience, this event is for you!
  • Our full-day workshop will include:
  • Educational sessions for all attendees with separate tracks in the afternoon for customers and local property managers
  • One-on-one, live Buildium tours with a Buildium Sales Consultant
  • 3 full hours of networking time to meet with other property managers, Buildium users, and Buildium staff
  • Complimentary breakfast, lunch, and snacks/refreshments
  • Useful materials and Buildium giveaways!
  • There will be a cocktail reception at 6:00pm once the workshop concludes. Beer, wine, and appetizers will be served. This is an optional event and it is at the same location
**All attendees are encouraged to bring a laptop to participate in each session.**

Space is limited! This event will be capped at 120 people total and registrations will be first-come-first-served. Be sure to reserve your space fast! We will not accommodate walk-ins.
