Complimentary parking is available on the day of the event at the Emory Conference Center. Overnight parking fee is $15.00 per vehicle.
Hotel Information
The Emory Conference Center Hotel (same location as the workshop) is offering a discounted rate of $149.00 per night for the dates of Wednesday, December 12th – Friday December 14th for the Buildium Workshop.
All reservations can be made, modified, or canceled on-line.
Each guest can reserve a maximum of three rooms, with a credit card to guarantee the reservations. Reservations will be accepted based upon availability.
Check-in time is 4:00pm. Check-out time is 12:00pm.

VP of Customer Success
Kim is Buildium's first VP of Customer Success. In her role, she oversees all customer-facing teams and is responsible for all campaigns and programs that impact the customer experience. She holds a B.S. in Math with a minor in Physics from the University of Richmond.
Kim lives north of Boston with her family. She enjoys spending time with her sons, especially if they’re running, skiing, playing soccer, or sailing.
Sr. Manager, Field Marketing
Lauren co-manages the strategy for Buildium's industry presence across conferences and Buildium workshops like this! Lauren has led the strategy, planning, and execution of this workshop to offer the best possible virtual experience for property managers.
Customer Marketing Manager
Sarah began her role at Buildium as the Social Media Marketing Manager 4.5 years ago, and has since transitioned to Customer Marketing where she is responsible for the resident experience of our customers and boosting awareness for the tools available to them. She has authored webinars and written content, including a 44-page guide for property managers on how to use social media in their businesses.
Field/Events Manager
Rachel co-manages all Buildium hosted events, including workshops like this! She coordinates and executes dynamic events for property managers, manages industry relationships, and oversees Buildium's speaking schedules.
Manager, Customer Success
You may recognize Alexis from past workshops and conferences as a customer advocate and product and industry expert. She has been with Buildium for 3.5 years, starting as a Key Accounts Customer Success Manager. Now, Alexis oversees a group of our Customer Success Managers dedicated to understanding customers' needs as their businesses grow and change, with the goal of helping them achieve their desired outcomes.
Manager, Onboarding Team
In her role, Ari manages a specialized team of product experts dedicated to onboarding customers to Buildium. Her team is responsible for getting Buildium's newest customers trained and operating in the system to make their experience with the product a positive and productive one.
Customer Marketing Manager
Elyse has worked at Buildium for the past 7 years, starting in our Customer Care department and working most recently in Customer Marketing. Elyse brings over 12 years of customer service and training experience to Buildium, along with a passion for product knowledge and learning. You may recognize Elyse from the educational videos in Buildium Academy, of which she has been foundational in creating.
Senior Manager of Customer Marketing
With 10+ years of marketing experience, Liz is passionate about understanding, delighting, and engaging customers. She currently oversees the strategy and execution of a wide spectrum of customer marketing programs, with the goal of enhancing the customer experience at all points of their lifecycle with Buildium.
Director of Marketing
Rachel brings more than 20 years of small business marketing expertise to Buildium, having led multiple marketing teams at organizations such as Constant Contact, Applause, Ounce Labs (now IBM Rational) and other technology companies in the Boston area. She is passionate about research, industry trends, and all things marketing.
Senior Customer Success Manager, Key Accounts
As a member of the Customer Success team for over 3 years, TJ works with Buildium’s larger customers to help them maximize the value of their subscription. Leveraging a finance background, TJ enjoys learning about the business challenges our customers face and strategizing on how Buildium can help them streamline their operations to gain more efficiency and economies of scale.
Strategic Sales Consultant
In his role, Zach has experience in working with hundreds of property managers as they consider software as a way to improve their business. As a skilled Buildium expert, he consults property managers through the software buying experience and helps them transition to Buildium as new customers.
Customer Care Manager - Buildium
As Customer Care Manager, Sebastian is responsible for supervising day-to-day operations of a team of 20+ Customer Care Agents. With over 5 years experience at Buildium, Sebastian is a highly skilled resource for any and all product-related questions about Buildium.
