Complimentary parking is available on the day of the event at the Emory Conference Center. Overnight parking fee is $15.00 per vehicle.

Hotel Information

The Emory Conference Center Hotel (same location as the workshop) is offering a discounted rate of $149.00 per night for the dates of Wednesday, December 12th – Friday December 14th for the Buildium Workshop.

All reservations can be made, modified, or canceled on-line.

Each guest can reserve a maximum of three rooms, with a credit card to guarantee the reservations.  Reservations will be accepted based upon availability.

Check-in time is 4:00pm. Check-out time is 12:00pm.

What's Included In The Event

  • This invite-only event is for current Buildium customers, but a limited number of seats have been reserved for additional local property managers regardless of what software they use.
  • Attendees can expect an interactive intimate workshop with original presentations covering myriad of topics relevant to property management.
  • For those who are looking for hands-on education and a glimpse at the Buildium customer experience, this event is for you!
  • Our full-day workshop will include:
  • Educational sessions with two tracks of content to choose from.
  • Three hours of built-in networking time.
  • Complimentary breakfast, lunch, and snacks/refreshments.
  • Useful materials and Buildium giveaways!
  • There will be a cocktail reception at 4:30pm once the workshop concludes. Beer, wine, and appetizers will be served. This is an optional event and it is at the same location.
**All attendees are encouraged to bring a laptop to participate in each session.**

Space is limited! This event will be capped at 120 people total and registrations will be first-come-first-served. Be sure to reserve your space.

Kim is Buildium's first VP of Customer Success. In her role, she oversees all customer-facing teams and is responsible for all campaigns and programs that impact the customer experience. She holds a B.S. in Math with a minor in Physics from the University of Richmond.

Kim lives north of Boston with her family. She enjoys spending time with her sons, especially if they’re running, skiing, playing soccer, or sailing.

You may recognize Elyse from the educational videos in Buildium Academy, of which she has been foundational in creating.
