We are thrilled to announce that Buildium has launched ePay for online payments in Canada. You can now collect and disburse payments for residents, owners, and vendors online by eCheck (EFT). All transactions made through online payments will be automatically recorded, both in your bank account and in Buildium.

Why Should You Use ePay?

It’ll make your life easier.

Slash payment processing times by up to 70%. You’ll reduce the time you spend on bookkeeping due to seamless integration with Buildium’s back-end accounting.

It’ll keep tenants on track.

Tenants can set their payments to occur automatically through the resident portal, either on a one-time or recurring basis. Automated payments help residents to stay on track and avoid late fees.

How to Get Started with ePay

You can apply for ePay right in Buildium. Go to the Accounting menu and then click on Banking. Go to the ePay settings tab and then click Apply to get started. From here, follow the application process to submit the necessary information. You will then need to turn on the functionality for your properties so residents can begin making payments.
