Buildium Wins Stevie® Customer Service Award for Sixth Year in a Row

Buildium, the property management solution for real estate professionals, today announced that it has again won a 2018 Stevie® Award for “Contact Center of the Year” in the 13th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service. This is the sixth year in a row that Buildium has won a Stevie Award.

Buildium earned a 2019 Bronze Stevie Award in the “Contact Center of the Year” category for its superior call center, where a 30-person support team answers support tickets 365 days a year, and handles an average of 12,000 calls, 2,800 tickets and 600 emails per month. The team has maintained a 98% satisfaction rating 5 years running, while increasing year over year support volume growth by 15%.

2018 saw an increase focus on testing the use of new technology to maintain high satisfaction levels, allowing customers to connect with agents via a broader range of options. With the implementation of a chat tool, customers had a 95% satisfaction level with the new support platform.  

Last year, Buildium was awarded Silver in the following two technology categories: Contact Center of the Year (Up to 100 Seats) and Customer Service Training Team of the Year.

More than 2,700 nominations from organizations in 45 nations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were evaluated in this year’s competition. Winners were determined by the average scores of more than 150 professionals worldwide in seven specialized judging committees. Entries were considered in 93 categories for customer service and contact center achievements, including Contact Center of the Year, Award for Innovation in Customer Service, and Customer Service Department of the Year.
