We do not store the username, password or other confidential information in the session cookie, but instead implement more advanced security methods based on encoded session IDs.
In addition, we store customer data in a secure server environment that uses 24x7 onsite staff, security camera monitoring, and biometric scanning for controlled access. In addition, we leverage firewalls and other advanced technology to prevent interference or access from outside intruders. Data encryption, hardened patched operating systems, firewalls, and word-class physical security help prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the appropriate use of customer data.
