Property management software company Buildium, LLC recently released the company’s first mobile app, now available on the iPhone and Android phones. The Buildium app extends Buildium’s industry leading property management software out into the field, where property managers spend much of their time.
“Property management isn’t a desk job,” said Buildium Co-founder Michael Monteiro. “Property managers can now access all of their property data whether they’re in the office, out at a property, or on the go.”
With the Buildium app, property managers can edit or view property, tenant, owner, or vendor information. Property managers can use their phone’s mapping capabilities to get directions to a property, and they can take photos of their properties while on site. Users can also access the full version of Buildium from their device without having to sign in.
“Extending Buildium to the iPhone and Android phones is the first step in a larger strategy to make Buildium accessible anywhere, anytime, and on any device,” said Monteiro. “We’re thrilled to make the Buildium app available to our customers at no additional cost.”
The Buildium app is now available at the App Store and Google Play.
