Starter Package
The starter package is for landlords, property managers and self-managed associations with fewer than seventy five units. This package includes unlimited access to our online property management solution and free online technical support.
  • $9.99 a month or $99 a year for 5 or fewer units under management
  • $19.99 a month or $215 a year for up to 25 units under management
  • $1 per month for each additional unit thereafter
  • 100MB of storage space for online documents
  • Access to our extensive library of video tutorials

Premium Package
The premium package is for landlords and property managers with larger portfolios (i.e. 75 to 2,500+ units). Like our starter package, this package includes unlimited access to our online property management solution and free online and phone technical support.
  • $74.99 a month or $810 a year for up to 150 units under management
  • $124.99 a month or $1,350 a year for up to 400 units under management
  • $174.99 a month or $1,890 a year for up to 650 units under management
  • Call for a custom quote for portfolios with more than 650 units under management
  • 500MB of storage space for online documents
  • Access to our extensive library of video tutorials
  • Free unlimited online and phone support
  • 15-day free trial
Online Payments
Online payments can be added to either package, allowing you to collect and issue payments electronically.
  • Allow tenants and residents to make payments online from their checking or savings accounts via the Automated Clearing House (ACH) network
  • Issue electronic payments via the Automated Clearing House (ACH) network to property owners and vendors
  • $99 one time application fee
  • 50 cents per electronic payment
EZ MailerTM
The EZ Mailer service can be used with either package, allowing you choose from a list of available document templates, mail merge with existing addresses, preview and then send the mass mailing to a state-of-the-art production facility for fulfillment.
  • Prints and mails tenant and association owner statements on your behalf
  • Prints and mails checks for expense payment
  • 80 cents per document/check that includes postage
FastStart Training
While we pride ourselves in delivering powerful solutions that are easy to use, we recognize that some customers may want additional support. Our FastStart Training is designed for those customers who may be short on time, but want to hit the ground running.

  • Catch all email address configured to forward email to any email address you provide
