Yes. Both Buildium Property Manager Edition and Association Edition are available on a month-to-month basis. Alternatively, you can purchase both editions as an annual subscription at a discount off the monthly fee.
Though we cannot issue refunds for subscription fees, we do offer a full-featured, 15-day free trial of our software.
To cancel your subscription, you must log into your account with your email address and password and go to Admin > Buildium Account > Cancel subscription. Note you will continue to have access to your account until the end of your paid plan period.
