Can I purchase Buildium on a month-to-month basis?
Yes. Both Buildium Property Manager Edition and Association Edition are available on a month-to-month basis. Alternatively, you can purchase both editions as an annual subscription at a discount off the monthly fee.

Though we cannot issue refunds for subscription fees, we do offer a full-featured, 15-day free trial of our software.

How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription, you must login to your account with your email address and password and submit a support ticket. We will process your cancellation request within 24 hours and acknowledge it by sending you an email confirmation.
